On 27 March, the BRC provided oral evidence to the House of Commons' Public Bill Committee on the Policing and Crime Bill along with the Co-op Group, and Usdaw.
We highlighted the need for the standalone offence in the Crime and Policing to apply to delivery drivers, as well as those working in stores, and will continue to push for this as the Bill progresses through Parliament.
