On behalf of retailers, we have submitted responses to the Make Work Pay: trade union right of access and Make Work Pay: duty to inform workers of right to join a union consultations
These responses were informed by a large number of member meetings and feedback, including a HR Technical call with officials from the Department for Business and Trade earlier this week, and previous calls in November.
We'd like to thank all members for taking the time to inform and review these responses, and look forward to continue representing retailers voices in the new year.
