We support further voluntary initiatives to improve accessibility
We have today submitted our response to UK Finance’s Discussion Paper on options for improving accessibility at payment terminals. You can read it in full below.
The response sets out member support for initiatives aimed at increasing accessibility and reaffirms continued support for improving this on a voluntary, collaborative basis. UK Finance will publish a White Paper later this year outlining next steps, and we can expect further engagement on this issue.
