Food Community Bulletin - June (2nd and 3rd Updates)

Sending the 3rd bulletin (see here) a day early as I am in Brighton tomorrow for the Food Safety Research Network's (FSRN's) workshop on microbial risks in ready to eat foods. Look forward to seeing some of our members there and heading to the pier after work!

I attended another workshop by the FSRN earlier this week on climate changes and the impact of food safety. Look forward to sharing more on these workshops in due course. I was also invited to the FSA offices this week to a new horizon scanning working group, and look forward to sharing more soon on the FSA priorities and how we can work together to share upcoming emerging risks/trends etc.
