SoS reply on Food Policy

You may remember we wrote to the Secretary of State at Defra George Eustice with the NFU,FDF and UKH to ask for a number of interventions to ease pressure on the supply chain and help reduce food inflation.

The reply is below. It doesn't offer a great deal of tangible change, simply recognising the issues and offering to raise the challenges with other Departments. We are preparing to go back to Government on some of these issues once the new PM is confirmed
