Volume Promotions Restrictions

Members will remember the Government postponed new regulations banning volume promotions of HFSS products earlier this year.

It has now redrafted the Statutory Instrument with a revised start date of 1 October 2023 for the ban on volume promotions. Before laying the SI DHSC have to consult and have asked for any comments on the proposal by 17 August 2022. So if you have any views please can you send them to Andrea asap
