Micro & Emerging Risks May 2025 Working Groups

This month we had a joint Micro and Emerging Risks working group, with incident and signal updates from the FSA and FSS (including an additives update), discussions on UK-EU reset for key topics like listeria, and presentations from: the AHDB on recent project work on key initiatives to improve pork safety and monitoring disease threats, Defra on animal welfare and SSA on peanut contamination in spices.
