The Micro Working Group had their first working group of the year. We had great FSA incident and prevention team updates, a presentation from Karin from the CFA on the new listeria guidance, and member discussions on work priorities for 2026, listeria, STEC and the upcoming leafy salads add on by Red Tractor. Minutes have been shared to the group.
