The BRC is pleased to continue membership for the RUMA Alliance for 2026 with support from many of our members: Lidl, Sainsburys, ASDA, Coop, Morrisons, Tesco, M&S, McDonalds and the Yum Group.
RUMA is a leader in the responsible use of medicines in agriculture in order to deliver the highest standards of farm animal health, associated welfare and food safety, contributing to the protection of public health and the environment.
One of many of their success stories is the RUMA Targets Task Force and the impact and recognition it has achieved for the antibiotic stewardship work ongoing across the UK’s livestock sectors, which the BRC is committed to support in 2026 and beyond.
