Acas’s public consultation on its new draft statutory Code of Practice has now been extended and will close at 11:59pm on Friday 26 January 2024. 

The consultation covers the new draft statutory Code of Practice on handling requests for a predictable working pattern, in response to the new Workers (Predictable Terms and Conditions) Act 2023 coming into effect in Autumn 2024.  

BRC members are encouraged to respond directly – follow this link for more information and to respond.
