BRC and RPC host inaugural D&I Charter Immersion session

On 12 July the BRC and RPC hosted their inaugural D&I Charter Immersion session in the BRC’s office in Convent Garden. It was the first ever in-person meeting for signatories and a great opportunity for collaboration.

In the format of a roundtable, Tom Ironside (BRC) opened the session and Patrick Brodie, Kelly Thomson and Rachel Pears (RPC) facilitated the discussion with an informative presentation.

There was a discussion about the values that organisations put forward and how that is put into practice/actions.
