Early Access Feedback for Cambridge Spark From HR Community
As you may be aware, BRC Learning partners with specialist data education provider Cambridge Spark to provide essential digital capability training to the retail sector, either via government apprenticeships or tailored employer-funded programmes.
We are excited to share that Cambridge Spark are now developing a data essentials concept exclusively for HR, L&D and OD professionals and would like our community members’ views to help inform their design process. To this end, BRC Learning will be hosting a virtual early access feedback session on Friday 16th September at 11am and are looking for 6-8 participants from this community to help shape thinking on this learning initiative.
Key topics for discussion would include:
- How data is currently being used in your organisation
- Areas where you believe enhanced data capability could help you to succeed
- What a course of this type needs to include to be relevant to you or other People team members
