Government Code of Practice on Dismissal and Re-engagement

On 19 February, Government published the updated version of the Code of Practice on Dismissal and Re-engagement (“the Code”), together with its response to last year’s consultation on the Code’s initial draft.

Subject to Parliamentary approval, the code should be brought into effect later in the summer.
