Youth vaping : call for evidence - Retail sector response

The retail sector has responded to the call for evidence on youth vaping.

The retail sector's position is that:

• Responsible retailers already have systems in place to prevent under-age sales
• We believe that enforcement resources should be directed towards irresponsible traders who recklessly sell age-restricted products to children
• Responsible retailers do not market vapes to children
