Scottish government response on FMPs

In August, BRC wrote to the Scottish Government Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs, Land Reform and Islands, Mairi Gougeon, to emphasise our continued support of sustainable UK Nephrops fisheries. 

We received a government response at the end of September and we will be taking up their offer to discuss the progress of Project UK Nephrops fishery improvement project and shape the development of Fisheries Management Plans (FMPs) in due course.
