Sam Redman runs her own leadership consultancy, working with organisations across the UK and internationally. She has nearly twenty years’ experience in industry and over a decade coaching high-performing individuals and senior leaders.

Her work covers bespoke training, talent programmes, group coaching and keynote speaking.

Working with BRC Learning

Sam is a long-standing designer of our Leaders' Summer School programme and remains closely involved in how it runs. She also delivers workshops for individual retail organisations through BRC Learning, and we co-design bespoke development programmes with her for businesses that need something built around their own goals.
