Sam Redman Consulting

Sam Redman Consulting works with retail organisations and individuals to develop leaders, strengthen capability and build inclusive cultures where people can do their best work. Sam is the Programme Designer of the BRC Learning Leaders Summer School and has nearly twenty years’ experience in industry, with over a decade supporting senior leaders and high performers.

For organisations, Sam designs and delivers bespoke training courses, talent programmes, group coaching and keynote presentations, tailored to each business’s culture and objectives. She works with retailers across the UK and internationally on individual and team performance, values and behaviours, and retention, in partnership with the business so people have the skills and knowledge to deliver its strategy.

For individuals, her one-to-one coaching supports retail professionals at turning points in their careers: a promotion, a move into a new field, or a need to refocus on what matters. She helps clients set clear goals and shift the thinking that holds them back. One senior operations manager in retail described her as a coach who hears where your true accelerators are and helps you reach your full potential.

Her practice is built on three pillars: explore where you are now and where you want to go, identify where change needs to happen, and prepare to move ahead. Sam is accredited with the Academy of Executive Coaching and approved by the Institute of Leadership and Management, and has worked with BRC Learning, Career Counselling Services and CoachHub.
