BRC Crime Survey 2024

The BRC Crime Report 2024 shows a massive increase in incidents of violence and abuse - which now number over 1300 a day, similar to the levels last seen in the pandemic.

Nearly £2billion is lost to customer theft - almost double last year and the first time it has gone over £1 billion.
