Addressing rising property costs through Business Rates reform, improved landlord relations, and collaboration with government and local partners.
As property costs continue to rise, it is increasingly important to identify the effective approaches retailers can take to successfully address them. This includes Business Rates reform, improving relationships with landlords and working with central government and local partners to support retail’s role in local communities.
The Property Community gives members the opportunity to shape the debate and tackle the issues collaboratively, effectively influencing government, landlords and the broader property landscape.
