Buy into Retail Jobs Parliamentary Reception

The BRC is hosting a reception on terrace of the Houses of Parliament on the evening of 7 September where we'll be celebrating retail jobs and the fantastic work the industry is doing to create opportunities for employment and progression for young people. 

The reception will be a chance to celebrate retail jobs, engage with retail leaders and key political stakeholders about how we can all work together to tackle youth unemployment, and back retail jobs.

We will hear from a number of speakers on the day, and will be joined by a government minister and other key stakeholders. Drinks and canapes will be served throughout the reception.

Members are welcome to bring along younger colleagues who can speak to their experiences of working and progressing in retail, and/or any materials (e.g. reports, briefings) which showcase the work you do to support young people into employment.
