This event is restricted to CEOs or their designated delegates of BRC's retail members.

Join us on Tuesday 2 June at 1pm for an important CEO briefing with Richard Horne, CEO of the National Cyber Security Centre.

As cyber threats continue to evolve in scale and sophistication, Richard will share frontline insight into the current threat landscape facing retailers, including the growing role of AI in shaping risk. He will also outline the Cyber Resilience Pledge and what it means in practice for your organisation.

A key focus will be on preparedness and recovery — including why every business should plan for disruption and define what Richard describes as a “Minimum Viable Business”: the critical operations you must be able to sustain to recover quickly and protect value.

There will be an opportunity for open Q&A, allowing you to raise your most pressing concerns directly.

Note: This meeting is 1pm to 2pm, rather than the usual 2pm slot.
