EU PPWR Working Group - June

This working group will focus on emerging requirements under the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), with a particular focus on Declarations of Conformity (DoCs).

The session will include an update from the Food Standards Agency (FSA) covering:

• scope and timing of DoC requirements
• roles and responsibilities across the supply chain
• expectations around PFAS testing

Members will have the opportunity to:

• raise outstanding questions
• share operational challenges
• contribute to shaping BRC’s policy engagement
