We will also be joined by Kirsty Watt, Strategy and External Affairs Director at Acas, for a discussion on the impact of AI on workplace relations, exploring how employers are responding to emerging challenges and the support needed to navigate AI-related workplace issues.

These calls are for senior HR representatives to come together, get important policy updates, assess the forward priorities for the coming quarter, and to feed back and hear from others on areas of concern.

    Policy Lead - HR and D&I | BRC

    Luiza manages the HR community. She has over 6 years of experience working in other trade bodies. Prior to the BRC, she worked at the Recruitment and Employment Confederation and UKHospitality, leading on labour and skills shortages, immigration and food and safety policies. Luiza is an overseas qualified lawyer and worked as a civil litigator in Brazil before relocating to the UK.
