HR Technical Call
With new trade union rights of access expected to take effect from 30 October, join us for a discussion on what the changes mean for employers and how businesses are preparing for implementation.
Subject to parliamentary approval, trade unions will gain a new right to access workplaces and engage with workers, either in person or digitally. The draft Code of Practice was laid before Parliament in July and is expected to be approved ahead of implementation. This session will provide a brief overview of the new framework and latest policy developments before opening the discussion to members to share questions, concerns and approaches to implementation.
