This interactive session is an opportunity for retailers to share how they are exploring AI and agentic AI, what it could mean for their businesses and customers, and the practical regulatory questions it raises.

Discussion will centre around:

  • use cases for AI to engage customers, improve services and drive growth
  • whether there are trade-offs between growth, innovation, competition and consumer protection
  • building customer trust and confidence, and ensuring clear accountability as AI adoption accelerates
  • emerging issues
  • the CMA AI guidance – is anything more needed
