Prompt payments - member meeting pre Second Reading

The meeting will provide an opportunity to raise concerns with the provisions of the Bill so that they can be used to advise Peers.

While the Second Reading is a general debate, it does provide an opportunity to indicate specific concerns to be dealt with at Committee stage.
