At our September community call we will be joined by the Law Commission to discuss the ongoing consultation Business Tenancies: the Right to Renew - Modernising Security of Tenure. This will be an opportunity to hear directly from the Commission about the proposals and to raise any questions or reflections ahead of the consultation deadline.
Thank you to all members who have participated in our workshops on this consultation. We will circulate the BRC's draft response in advance of the meeting to provide an opportunity for any final comments and feedback.
We will also provide an update on the minimum energy efficiency standards at this meeting if time allows.
