Trade Union Access Post-Implementation: HR Technical Call
Following the implementation of Trade Union Access regulations on October 30th, we are hosting another HR technical call to discuss the changes.
Following the member call we held in October ahead of the implementation of the trade union access measures, we will be holding a second HR Technical Call on Thursday 12th November, 11am-12pm, to allow members to ask questions and discuss the changes in a confidential environment, now that the measures have been implemented.
Several members have been in touch to understand the different approaches retailers are taking, and how to understand what actions need to be taken once a request has been received, so this is a great chance to come together as an industry and discuss different experiences and approaches.
