BRC urges Chancellor to deliver rates freeze for all retailers at Autumn Statement

Following reports in yesterday's Sunday Times which suggests that the Chancellor will not freeze business rates for all retailers ('Retailers brace for a rise in business rates'), we have written to urge him to deliver an industry-wide freeze for retail businesses of all sizes. 

This is the latest in our engagement with the Chancellor ahead of next week's Autumn Statement - keep your eye out for other interventions coming in the next week.
