We are seeking your feedback on our draft response to the PSR's consultation on proposed remedies as part of its market review into card scheme and processing fees. The document is attached below.

Whilst supportive of the proposed informational, transparency and reporting remedies as baseline measures, our draft response focuses on setting out the limitations of the proposed remedies in lowering fees for merchants and the continued necessity for commitments to introducing a pricing intervention in the longer term.
Please email your comments and thoughts by 5pm on 22nd May. The deadline to submit to the PSR is 28th May.
