Allergens Recalls Data - with Sim Ray from Queen's Belfast University

Last year the BRC is pleased to have collaborated with Sim Ray from Queen's University Belfast on UK food allergen recalls data, showing trends and useful case studies for members. We look forward to continue this work in 2024 on a quarterly basis.
