DEFRA Update on TOM from FILG Meeting

DEFRA were in an industry meeting earlier today and gave an update on TOM (Target Operating Model). They are in the final stages of the policy development phase and a draft is expected to be published in the next few weeks.

This will be followed by 6-week period of discussions.
