BRC Learning is delighted to announce a strategic partnership with Thrive Learning, who will become our headline partner. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in our mission to revolutionise leadership development within the retail industry.

Starting in March 2025, Thrive Learning's state-of-the-art learning management system (LMS) will be integrated across all BRC Learning programmes, beginning with the prestigious BRC Retail Masters. This partnership will enhance the digital learning experiences of our participants, providing them with a seamless and engaging user experience that fosters continuous growth and development.

In addition, Thrive Learning will play a key role in the BRC Leaders Summer School, a programme with over 100 years of legacy in shaping retail leadership. Thrive will have a prominent presence at the programmes 'bridging the gap' zone, where delegates will have the opportunity to meet and interact with the Thrive  team and explore how cutting-edge digital learning solutions can empower them to succeed in an evolving retail landscape.

By combining BRC Learning’s expertise in leadership development with Thrive’s innovative, AI-powered learning technology, this partnership will expand access to high-impact training, deliver more personalised learning journeys, drive commercial growth and equip retail professionals with the skills they need to thrive in the future.
