Receiving our email updates and invites to calls is an integral and valuable part of membership, but like all businesses sending emails, there is a chance we’ll get stuck in your firewalls.

If you aren’t receiving our emails, please try these steps to prevent our emails from being blocked:

STEP 1: Check your junk folder or junk email options

  • In Outlook, you’ll find the Junk Email folder on the left pane where you can view your spam messages.

  • If BRC emails are in this folder, right click and mark them as Not Junk. The message will automatically be moved to your inbox. You can also click Never Block Sender’s Domain (brc.org.uk) so our emails can bypass your junk filters.

  • If you can't find any of our emails in the junk folder, you can still manually add our email addresses or sending domains by going to your Junk E-mail Options in the Home tab, then Delete group.

  • Go to the next tab, Safe Senders, and add our email address brc.org.uk and clickdimensions.com, then click Apply to save changes.

STEP 2: SPEAK TO YOUR IT TEAM

It is likely that your colleagues are also having the same issue so it might be worth speaking to your IT team to whitelist our sending domain brc.org.uk or our bulk service sending domain clickdimensions.com. It might also be helpful to permit traffic from these IP addresses.
