Mentoring, built around retail
The BRC mentoring platform is exclusively for BRC retail members and alumni, pairing people across the retail industry for one-to-one mentoring. Whether you want to learn from someone who has been there, or pass on what you have learned, the platform helps you find the right match.
Once you have been accepted onto the mentoring programme, the platform suggests matches based on your profile and goals, then you choose the person who feels right for you.
Retail expertise, across the BRC community
The platform is open to retail professionals at every level, from shop floor to boardroom. To take part, you'll need to be from a BRC retail member organisation or an alumnus of a BRC Learning programme.
