The government published a joint consultation to help inform the drafting of legislation which would introduce mandatory ethnicity and disability pay gap reporting for large employers.

The King’s Speech in July 2024 announced the government’s intention to legislate to introduce mandatory ethnicity and disability pay reporting for large employers. This consultation seeks views on how these measures could be implemented.
