Low Pay Commission (LPC) 2024 Report

Today, the Low Pay Commission (LPC) published its annual report for 2024.

The report sets out in depth the evidence which Low Pay Commissioners used to recommend the rates of the National Minimum Wage, including the National Living Wage, for April 2025. This included written and oral evidence by the BRC.

In October 2024, the government accepted LPC’s recommendations and the new rates which will apply from 1 April 2025 as follows:
