This event is exclusive to BRC Retail Members and by invitation only.
As part of our Marsh x BRC collaboration series we are bringing together a small group of senior HR and transformation leaders for a high impact workshop to help you ready your Retail Operating Model for an AI-enabled world.
Retail is facing a sharp reset in 2027 and beyond. To stay competitive, retain key talent and drive efficiencies, we must redesign the work, workforce and workplace, and the expectation is on HR as a true enabler of change. This session will bring together insights from recent retail webinars and turn them into a practical working conversation on what matters most.
