Tamara joins the British Retail Consortium from the National Farmers Union where she was also the Employment and Skills policy adviser. Tamara has also been involved in the Government’s School Food Plan project alongside the British Nutrition Foundation and Children’s Food Trust working with schools to improve the quality of school meals. Prior to that she was a Business Analyst at Nationwide Building Society.

I am a Principal Strategic Consultant within Aon’s Health Solutions business. My role is to elevate the Health & Risk management conversation with Senior/Exec client stakeholders, including bringing the best of Aon United to the key clients under my remit. I am responsible for the strategic development and retention of a portfolio of key clients, working closely with our talented consulting teams to bring all appropriate propositions to clients in line with Aon’s optimal consulting model. I have worked across various industries, spending the majority of my working life prior to Aon within the Allied and Primary Care Health and Wellbeing sector. I have a clinical background and has worked with in various senior commercial and strategic relationship management roles over the last 15 years.
