Vicki manages the Community and is herself an Alumni of Oxford Summer School having attended the Academy as a delegate in 2017 and returning as a Group Director in 2018 and 2019. Prior to working for the BRC Vicki worked within Senior HR and Leadership roles within the Retail Industry.
