Prior to BRC, Tracey founded a circular retail business which ran a refill delivery service to tackle the problem of grocery packaging waste. Previously, Tracey has spent most of her career in project / programme management roles in Retail, Banking and Consulting, leading ecommerce, digital and governance transformation.

Tom Holden is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Mondra. Tom has skirted the world of sustainability throughout his tech-focussed career. An early foray into computer recycling led to running CAD for an anaerobic digester start-up, and more recently designing and implementing smart technologies into commercial buildings throughout London (making for amazing experiences and saving energy!). With Mondra, Tom has finally been able to bring together his love of the planet, technology and science into a business which supports the food system on its path to NetZero. Deep experience of building complex but accessible digital products for multiple industries has primed him to design both proposition and product that accelerate this journey.

Agustín Inthamoussu MBA

Head of Methodologies, One Carbon World

Agustin is the Head of Methodologies at One Carbon World. He leads the team of technical experts who complete carbon removals inventories on behalf of One Carbon World’s clients.

He developed the verification requirements for the national carbon removal IPCC calculator and is a United Nations Roster Expert. Agustin was a distinguished protégé of Daniel Martino, who supported the IPCC win the Nobel Prize for carbon removal and emissions calculations guidance.

He has completed national inventories for countries around the world and was commissioned by the World Bank to lead the verification of international carbon removal projects.


Hayley Warrens

Hayley Warrens

Head of Carbon Removals, One Carbon World

Hayley Warrens is the Head of Carbon Removals at One Carbon World - a not-for-profit organisation, selected as an observer by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) for COP28. She oversees the carbon removals function for One Carbon World, supporting companies develop and implement carbon removals inventories in line with the forthcoming Land Sector and Removals Guidance and SBTi FLAG targets.

She was previously the Climate Change & Energy Manager at Transport for Wales where she was the strategic lead for energy and carbon management and reporting. Hayley led the development of the Welsh rail sector’s first ever strategy for climate adaptation which was noted as best practice by the National Infrastructure Commission for Wales.

Hayley is a qualified teacher and left to pursue a career as an Environmental Scientist, having gained Chartered Environmentalist status after three years in the industry. Hayley is a member of the Institution of Environmental Sciences and is passionate about ensuring that consideration of climate change mitigation is driven by evidence-based methodologies.

Hayley previously led the climate emergency strategy work at Mendip District Council and independently developed its Carbon Management Plan which was voted 9th out of all district councils by Climate Emergency UK.


Karen Fisher Mondra 1

Karen has been working in the field of food systems sustainability and appraisal for over 20 years, with a background in LCA / systems thinking and a decade of practical experience working in and with food & drink businesses to reduce their environmental impact - from strategy setting to delivering change in practice.

Until May this year, Karen led environmental strategy development and delivery for Co-op – including overseeing the validation of sector-leading science based targets, calculation of Co-op's Scope 3 inventory, development of a Scope 3 data improvement strategy, supplier engagement programme and working towards embedding decarbonisation within commercial objectives. Prior to Co-op, Karen spent 8 years at WRAP leading a number of workstreams with the food & drink sector focused on tackling Scope 3 GHG emissions, water security and food waste.

She initiated WRAP’s programme of work to develop consistent Scope 3 accounting protocols for food & drink businesses, developed WRAP's Water Roadmap focused on tackling water stress in food supply chains and was also one of the architects of the Courtauld Commitment 2030 and Food Waste Reduction Roadmap.
