Nicki Hunt

Climate Action Roadmap Project Manager, BRC

Nicki Hunt is BRC’s Climate Action Roadmap Project Manager. She was previously Membership, Commercial, and Sustainability Director at the Food and Drink Federation, a trade association that represents the food and drink manufacturing sector.

Prior to that Nicki worked in a variety of senior communications and project roles across local and central government and the criminal justice sector including major change and externally and internally facing projects.

Stuart joined BearingPoint in 2017 and is responsible for the UK Consumer Goods and Retail Practice at BearingPoint. Stuart uses his deep understanding of retail operations to work with clients in developing their future strategy, target operating models, omni-channel transformations and operational excellence. 

Prior to entering consulting, Stuart had an extensive operational career managing supply chain and business performance turnarounds and operational transformations in both private and publicly owned businesses such as H.J. Heinz, Boots the Chemist and Halfords Limited. His last operational role was as Director for Supply Chain, Buying and Merchandising for Thresher Group.

She has been with BearingPoint for 3 years and has worked across a variety of different clients, focusing on network optimisation, sustainability and data analytics.

As a Senior Manager of BearingPoint’s UK practice, Gareth’s goal is to develop innovative and cost-effective transport and distribution solutions for our clients to help them best deal with the service and cost challenges in today’s domestic and international supply chains. His focus is on developing overall network plans and transport arrangements for clients in the retail, food & beverage and construction industries – covering UK, Europe-Middle East and Global operations.  

Gareth was previously Director of Solutions at GXO and has over 25 years of management and consulting experience developing distribution solutions for clients such as Wal*Mart, McDonalds, Nestlé, Unilever, GSK and Lafarge.

Sue Terpilowski started Image Line Communications more than 34 years ago and it has become one of the leading specialist PR, marketing and visual event agencies in the logistics, freight, ports, material handling and supply chain sectors.

Sue is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of  Logistics and Transport (CILT) and is their Public Affairs and Policy Chair and also the Vice Chair of their Ports, Maritime and Waterways Sector Group.

She regularly chairs sessions and acts as a facilitator for CILT on sector related issues including Freeports, Brexit, SOLAS, CTU Code, M2M/Autonomous/Automation, portcentric and port trends. She also regularly is a chair, speaker and facilitator at maritime, logistics conferences and seminars around the world including Westminster Business, Digital Ship, Shipping 2030, Global Shipping Forum, Intermodal, Multimodal and Waterfront Conferences.

Sue's standing within the maritime and shipping sectors is such that she is the Co-Chair of Maritime UK’s Diversity Group and also the Chair of their Women’s Task Group driving forward real change in diversity within the sectors.  Sue is one of the 23 leaders for the EU Maritime Women project and also the Immediate Past President of WISTA UK (Women in Shipping and Trade).
Sue is also a member of Women in Logistics and Women in Transport groups.

She is a champion of diversity and inclusion in the logistics, maritime and transport sectors and regularly talks about diversity in male dominated sectors, the 100% and the business case for diversity.
Sue has a diploma in Business Coaching and is one of only 200 LAB Profilers (Language & Behaviour) in the UK. and is a FCIM (fellow Chartered Institute of Marketing).

She was awarded the OBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in 2014 for her work and lobbying on behalf of micro and small businesses in London.
