As Operations Director at PS Partnerships, Suzanne supports businesses reduce their impact on the environment, particularly when using plastics.  She was one of the technical authors of PAS 510, the world’s first plastic pellet loss prevention standard, and now works with businesses to implement the PAS as well as auditing against its requirements.

Suzanne helps companies achieve compliance to international standards, regulations and legislation through the introduction of information, certification and management systems.  She supports businesses with their regulatory and compliance documentation across a number of industry sectors including construction, medical, packaging, plastics and engineering.

With a background in chemistry Heather has worked in the science and environmental sectors for over 15 years. She has held roles in project management, communication and policy at the Royal Society of Chemistry, University of Edinburgh, and conservation NGOs around the world. Now working at Fidra (www.fidra.org.uk), an evidence-based charity working with retailers, investors, industry, governments and the public to deliver pragmatic solutions to environmental issues. Heather leads on projects addressing chemical pollution and plastic pellets (nurdles) in our environment including the community science initiative The Great Nurdle Hunt www.nurdlehunt.org.uk

The Investor Forum is a not-for-profit  organisation set up to facilitate collective engagements with UK-listed companies, and counts amongst its members many of the UK’s largest investment firms.  The Forum helps its Members fulfil their stewardship role in considering a variety of ESG issues that impact their investee companies, including Modern Slavery due diligence, assessing Climate Transition Action Plans, and equipping companies for growth.  The Forum coordinated the group of investor sponsors for PAS 510, having worked with investors to address plastic pollution.

In her other roles, Victoria is a member of the investment committee of the National Trust and chairs the committee’s Stewardship and Engagement Working Group.  She is also Chair of the Investment Committee of the Crop Diversity Trust endowment, a Non-Executive Director of the Henderson Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc and an advisory board member at Ownership Capital B.V.

Rob leads the packaging sustainability strategy for Co-op’s own brand products. He has worked in packaging development for over 20 years with experience gained in composite can manufacturing, frozen food, soft drinks and retail. Rob is a Chartered Environmentalist and a Fellow of IOM3 and is currently studying towards an MSc in Management Practice as part of the Senior Leaders Masters Degree Apprenticeship at Alliance Manchester Business School.

Tanya Cox leads FFI’s Marine Plastic programme which aims to address the extent and impact of plastic and microplastic pollution, with the goal of working collaboratively and developing pragmatic solutions and upstream interventions that tackles pollution at source. Tanya has been working on the issue of pellet pollution for the last ten years and is keen to promote solutions that focus on preventing loss of pellets across global supply chains. With a master’s degree in Oceanography, Tanya has a broad understanding of oceanic and atmospheric systems and a keen interest in corporate sustainability and CSR policies, circular economies for sustainable resource use, marine conservation issues, behaviour change campaigning and environmental policy.
