Shoosmiths are delighted to invite you to their third annual Back to Basics conference - a full day of panel discussions, technical training, market updates and networking.
The agenda for this year will have a 'future focus' theme looking at topics including:
- How does the construction of your property impact on liabilities
- Green leases – power and tech, the new kids on the block Q&A session
- Being an unwilling landlord – what responsibilities do you have and how to avoid any traps
- A panel session on what we can expect from the new Government for those who occupy property
- How demise clauses can impact dilapidations
- A panel session on the workplace of tomorrow
- A talk from Wilberforce chambers on how tenants can avoid recovering the cost of improvements.
The conference - Back to Basics III - Focus on the Future will be taking place at the Council House, Birmingham on Thursday, 19 September 2024 between 09:30 - 16:30. It will provide 5 hours of free CPD.
Evening drinks - Following the conference please join us for an evening drinks reception at our Birmingham space at 103 Colmore Row where you can join us to network with other occupiers across the property industry over drinks and canapés.
