We are inviting D&I Charter signatories to a “Bootcamp style” morning of conversations and learning.
Based on key charter commitments (oversight, recruitment, progression, reporting, inclusivity, and responsibility), the intention is to bring our new joiners up to speed with previous charter workshops conversations, with a goal to look at:
1) Culture and Value:
- Organisational challenges and opportunities
- Embedding inclusion in the heart of your organisational culture
2) Creating an inclusive culture in practice
- Spheres of influence
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Retention, promotion and opportunity
- Audit practices
We will be joining forces with our partner RPC and will provide you with a safe space to learn and share with your peers.
