Maximising employee wellbeing and reward with employee benefits

Join us for the next HR Technical (30 April, 1pm-2pm, MS Teams) when we’ll discuss how retailers can maximise employee benefits, including exploring the effective operations of salary sacrifice around the constraints of National Minimum Wage rules.

With the support of the Employee Benefit team from Grant Thornton, we’ll examine how it’s possible to create a comprehensive package of benefits that addresses people’s financial, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
