CEO roundtable on technology and innovation | Summary

We recently held a technology and innovation forum at The Form Rooms with our partners, True, where 30 retail leaders discussed the challenges and opportunities presented by new technology. Members heard from True about the macro trends affecting retail, and then we had a deep dive and discussion on three topics: the future of brand engagement, shrink and colleague safety, and back-office automation.

The forum was a great opportunity to hear insights on the fast-changing tech landscape, and for leaders to share their experiences with each other as they seek to maximise the opportunities from tech and minimise the risks.
