BRC: Food Community Bulletin - November (3rd Update 28.11.2024)
We've been busy with our working groups, with the Micro, Emerging Risks, Allergens, Trade and Nutrition working groups having lots of useful discussions.
We also joined several of our members at the Food Safety Research Network (FSRN) STEC workshop in London to discuss important points around testing.
Some interesting developments for DRS and folic acid. We also also discussions on the Soft Drinks Industry Levy (SDIL) and submitted a response to the FSA's loose foods consultation.
