Tracey leads on BRC’s Climate Action Roadmap work to galvanise and accelerate the retail industry’s commitment to deliver Net Zero by 2040.
Prior to BRC, Tracey founded a circular retail business which ran a refill delivery service to tackle the problem of grocery packaging waste. Previously, Tracey has spent most of her career in project / programme management roles in Retail, Banking and Consulting, leading ecommerce, digital and governance transformation.

Stuart Higgins

Partner, Consumer Goods & Retail, BearingPoint

Stuart joined BearingPoint in 2017 and is responsible for the UK Consumer Goods and Retail Practice at BearingPoint. Stuart uses his deep understanding of retail operations to work with clients in developing their future strategy, target operating models, omni-channel transformations and operational excellence. 

Prior to entering consulting, Stuart had an extensive operational career managing supply chain and business performance turnarounds and operational transformations in both private and publicly owned businesses such as H.J. Heinz, Boots the Chemist and Halfords Limited. His last operational role was as Director for Supply Chain, Buying and Merchandising for Thresher Group. 

Richard Walters

Senior Manager, BearingPoint

Richard is responsible for the BearingPoint Sustainability Practice in the UK and works extensively with BearingPoint’s clients within Consumer Goods and Retail, with a background originally in FMCG and Agriculture.

Richard specialises in sustainable development, sustainability reporting and supply chain management. 

Samantha Whitman

Manager, BearingPoint

Samantha is the BearingPoint Project Manager for the sustainability maturity assessment conducted with the BRC members and worked with the BearingPoint Sustainability 360 team to develop the member survey, conduct the analysis of the results and develop the report and recommendations.  

Samantha is a Business Development Manager within the BearingPoint Consumer Goods and Retail team and Sustainability team, working closely with key clients and partnerships.
