Nicki Hunt is BRC’s Climate Action Roadmap Project Manager. She was previously Membership, Commercial, and Sustainability Director at the Food and Drink Federation, a trade association that represents the food and drink manufacturing sector.

Prior to that Nicki worked in a variety of senior communications and project roles across local and central government and the criminal justice sector including major change and externally and internally facing projects.

James Harman is a Business Development Manager and retail specialist for Air conditioning, Heat Pump and Ventilation manufacturer Mitsubishi Electric.
James has a passion for helping his clients on their journey to Net Zero. With over 15 years’ experience in the HVAC market, James has the technical and practical understanding to assist retailers with their sustainability and carbon requirements.
Energy efficiency is James’ particular focus, as he regularly demonstrates to client’s step by step, how they can improve their current heating or cooling equipment or how to implement a new technology into their buildings.
